Journey to the Resurrection
As part of her artist residency at First Covenant Church, Sandy Nelson teaches a linoleum block printing workshop during Craft Night at the Summit, on February 1, 2019 in Seattle, Washington. Participants were given a choice of art to carve, and were then instructed in the techniques of linoleum block printing. The individual ‘blocks’ will all be assembled together into a final tryptich, entitled Journey to the Resurrection, which will hang in the church sanctuary during Lent.
